Riftspire — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Riftspire (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our websites, game server hosting, Dash control panel, PRISM stream ingest and routing, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services”. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Services

Riftspire provides infrastructure and software services including game server hosting, control panel access, stream ingest, routing, and related operational tools. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or business reasons.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Break any applicable law or regulation.
Attack, disrupt, overload, scan, or abuse networks, systems, or users.
Upload, host, stream, distribute, or transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers, systems, or data.
Interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of the Services.
Use the Services for spam, phishing, malware, botnets, credential theft, or other malicious activity.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of content you upload, host, configure, stream, or process through the Services. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate, secure, transmit, store, back up, and support that content as part of providing the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content and use of the Services comply with applicable laws, platform rules, third-party rights, and these Terms.

6. Payments and billing

Paid Services must be paid for according to the pricing, billing cycle, and checkout terms shown at purchase.
Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Taxes, payment processing fees, and currency conversion fees may apply.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, abuse the platform, or use the Services in a way that may harm Riftspire, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Some data may be retained for legal, security, billing, or backup purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms, payment providers, infrastructure providers, analytics tools, Discord, TikTok, or other external services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, attacks, provider issues, software bugs, or events outside our control may affect availability.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riftspire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Riftspire harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
